1. Digital Guides and One-Time Purchases
- Non-refundable: Once a guide is generated and delivered, it cannot be refunded — it's a digital service that has been consumed.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access, we'll work to resolve them or provide a replacement.
- Quality Concerns: If you're dissatisfied with guide quality, contact us within 24 hours for potential resolution.
2. Subscription Services
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
- Future Charges: Canceling prevents future charges but doesn't refund the current period.
- Access Until Period End: You retain access to services until the end of your current billing period.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside our standard policy, contact us at admin@prep101.site with:

- Date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any relevant documentation
4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Payment Method Refunds
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Stripe Payments: All refunds are processed securely through Stripe.
